Settings Overview
The Action Plan settings allow you to customize the module to fit the organization's needs. Through them, you can define access profiles, monitored indicators, plan source origins, action types, and the measurement units and dimensions used.
Profiles
Profiles define sets of privileges that determine what each collaborator can do in the Action Plan module. A profile groups one or more permissions and is assigned to workspace collaborators, controlling which features each person can access.
Indicators
Indicators are the metrics monitored by the Action Plan. Each plan is linked to an indicator, allowing you to track which metric generated the need for action. Correctly configuring indicators is essential to ensure accurate analysis and the correct calculation of the actions' impact.
Sources
Sources identify the context that generated the need to create an Action Plan. By associating a Source with the plan, it is recorded which event or situation motivated the creation of the corrective actions.
Action Types
Action Types allow you to classify the corrective actions created in the Action Plan, making analysis and filtering easier. Each action in the plan can be assigned a Type that indicates the nature of the planned intervention.
Measurement Units
Measurement Units are used by Action Plan indicators to express values in a standardized way. By associating a Measurement Unit with an indicator, the system knows how to display the target, actual, and technical impact values of the actions.
Dimensions
Dimensions are groupers for Action Plan indicators, allowing you to categorize and filter indicators by area or theme. By associating a Dimension with an indicator, it becomes easier to organize and analyze plans by strategic or operational perspective.
