Migration Instructions for IT Teams
Configurations in Corporate Networks
For Hashdata to work correctly on corporate networks, some configurations are required in the security policies present in firewalls and proxies. The IT Team must ensure that traffic used by Hashdata is released in order to avoid connectivity or platform functionality issues.
Release of Addresses (URLs)
1. Hashdata Mobile App
For the Hashdata mobile application to work correctly, it is necessary to release the following URLs:
https://api.hashdata.app
https://api.ionicjs.com
https://api2.hashdata.app
https://firebase.googleapis.com/
https://firebaseinstallations.googleapis.com/
https://firebaselogging-pa.googleapis.com/

Configuration Steps
-
Check Network Security Policy: make sure your network security policies allow traffic to the above addresses.
-
Add Addresses to Whitelist: In your firewall or proxy, add the listed addresses to the list of allowed URLs.
-
Test Connectivity: After making the changes, test accessing Hashdata from a machine on the internal network to ensure that the connection and functionality are working as expected.
-
Monitor Traffic: Use network monitoring tools to check traffic to Hashdata domains and adjust as needed to ensure network efficiency and security.
Keeping this setup correct will ensure that your team has continuous, uninterrupted access to all of Hashdata's features and functionality.
